RETURNS & EXCHANGESÂ
You have 14 days to return or exchange any item. However, kindly note the following:Â
First and foremost, to return or exchange an item, it must be in good condition, placed in its original packaging. If upon inspection it was concluded that the item has been used or is now damaged, then it cannot be returned or exchanged.Â
Note that if you had paid for the order by cash, then you will be instantly refunded in cash. However, if you had paid by card, then the money will be refunded back to your card within 30-45 working days, depending on the bank’s policy.
If you request a return or exchange from your home or any other address, you will be charged with shipping fees.Â
