     Maha El Gazzar, an architect and interior designer, oversees the design and renovation of internal spaces. This includes managing structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, as well as handling lighting and color schemes. Leveraging her expertise and knowledge in the field, combined with the support of Mdn, she delivers exceptional services in this domain.

Designs and feasibility studies are produced for commercial, leisure and domestic properties, and the designer oversees the project from beginning to end and combines the efficient and functional use of space with an understanding of aesthetics with innovation and creativity. In addition, she may also act as a project manager for the client throughout the construction stage.

This can involve coordinating the design on site and managing the construction team. Concerning the consultancy services :

     Mohamed Kamal is 40 years of experience in the field of finishing works. From residential of hospitality and retail including experience in F&B outlets interior design and execution. Also experience in medical and administrative buildings.

     Shaimaa Hussein is a seasoned interior designer specializing in residential, corporate, and commercial spaces, driven by the goal of crafting unique interiors that positively impact her clients’ lives. With over 15 years of extensive experience, she possesses an innate desire to create designs that surpass clients’ expectations. Shaimaa brings an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centered approach to her business, offering a balance of creativity, collaboration, and forward thinking in a structured manner.

The foundation of great designs, whether for personal spaces or commercial properties, lies in a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. Shaimaa’s success as a designer stems from her ability to cultivate client relationships based on respect, trust, and confidence. Proficient in creating beautiful designs within various budgets, styles, timeframes, and requirements, she aims to assist both residential and commercial clients in creating timeless spaces. NOURHAN MOHAMED

    With a degree in Architecture and Urban Design from the German University in Cairo, earned in 2018, and a passion for interior design and FF&E, Nourhan Mohamed has thrived in the Egyptian market for the past five years. Her journey as an architect began with a solid foundation in architectural principles, evolving to specialize in interior design, driven by a fascination for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Throughout her career, Nourhan has gained a profound understanding of the intricate relationship between architecture, interior design, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Her diverse experience spans residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects, showcasing her creativity and problem-solving skills in addressing unique challenges.

Collaborating with MDN, Nourhan Mohamed’s expertise will be harnessed to focus on providing a unique service, leveraging her experience to bring innovative design ideas to life while ensuring practicality and functionality in every project.
