After initial visit and discussion, a design and build service is provided. The Full Home Interior Design Service is priced at 800 LE per meter, in addition to LE 1000 for a site visit that will be deducted from the final build contract.

Our Full Home Design Service encompasses various stages and includes the following components:

  1. **Programming:**
    • Initial consultation to ascertain the specific needs of the client.
    • Comprehensive site survey involving measurements, plans, and photographs.
    • Approval of budget.
  2. **Schematic Design:**
    • Revised furniture plan.
    • Provision of two preliminary design directions for the client to choose from.
    • Presentation of mood boards, general color schemes, and sample boards.
    • Conceptual design images for each designated area.
  3. **Design Development:**
    • Rendered furniture layout plans.
    • Creation of 3D renders for each space, featuring a minimum of three shots per area.
    • Optional provision of 360° panoramic views at an additional cost.
  4. **Bill of Quantity (BOQ):**
    • Sourcing for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE).
    • Inclusion of accessories and artwork recommendations.
    • Designer accompanies the client for relevant showroom visits based on client needs.
  5. **Technical Documentation:**
    • Preparation of Electrical Layout & Lighting Design Plans.
    • Generation of Reflected Ceiling Layout Plans.
    • Selections for wall finishing.
  6. **Installation:**
    • Delivery and installation of furnishings.
    • Designer’s presence during a site visit to verify project quality and progress.
    • On-site Interior Styling service for final touches, ensuring readiness for the client’s residence.
