Grove Cushion

As the summer solstice awakens, its warmth allows the Earth’s creations to thrive at their peak, in a vibrant display of color, form and movement on land, sky, and sea. We wanted to portray these phenomena without the geometric restrictions of the loom; so, a handmade silkscreen printing technique was used for the very first time, giving us the freedom to translate our detailed hand-drawn illustrations on the cotton woven kilim.

Linen, hand-woven on a cotton base with hidden zipper.
