Goz Kilim Rug
Some symbols create a field of power that can interact with other unseen factors for people in rural and tribal societies. Therefore, they believed that the power to fend off evil was the human eye.
The inspiration for our Goz piece came from thinking about this belief, which is mostly shared by all cultures. We used this pattern and repeated it in various rhythms to highlight the numerous cultures that are unified by this belief.
