Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

1. Delivery

We deliver orders to the address provided during checkout through our trusted courier partners.

2. Check Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order in the presence of the courier.

If everything is correct and in good condition, sign the delivery receipt to confirm.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated and shown during checkout.

4. Refusing an Order

If you are not satisfied with the product upon delivery, you may refuse to accept it.

In this case, only the shipping cost will be charged.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Non-returnable items: Customized, perishable, or clearance items cannot be returned or

exchanged unless faulty.

return or exchange.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the

returned item.

6. Order Acceptance

Once the delivery receipt is signed, the order is considered received and accepted.
