Shorouk, Obour, Madinaty Standard Delivery: The cost is 85 EGP, or it's FREE if your order is above 1,500 EGP. Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.
Alexandria Standard Delivery: It is available for 75 EGP, or you can have it for FREE if your order surpasses 1,500 EGP. The anticipated delivery time is 7-10 working days.
Returns & Exchanges:
You have a 14-day window to return or exchange any item from ETTC Boutique.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of use or damage cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
If you paid for the order in cash, you will receive an instant cash refund. However, if the payment was made by card, the refund will be credited back to your card within 30-45 working days, depending on your bank's policy.
When requesting a return or exchange to an address other than the original delivery address, shipping fees will apply.
